I highly recommend a QHHT session with Tricia Joseph for anyone interested in learning about a past life and hearing messages from their subconscious. I discovered the works of Dolores Cannon, author, speaker and founder of this technique, a few years ago as I began to evolve from my very traditional upbringing and background to more spiritually open ways of thinking. I was so excited when I found that Tricia was starting a QHHT practice near me and so I quickly scheduled an appointment with her.
The experience exceeded my expectations by far. I was a bit nervous, as I had never done anything like this before, but Tricia made me feel comfortable and expertly guided me through all the phases of the session. She spent an extensive amount of time getting to know me and my background, which helped her build a good foundation to draw from later in the session. Next, I explained in detail my questions and information that I hoped to learn during the session that I had prepared and brought along. Finally, we got to the good stuff: the past life regression and communication with the subconscious via hypnosis.
The information that came through was phenomenal! I absolutely did not expect to learn anything so profound as what came through for me. I now have a much better understanding of who I am under the surface and explanations for why some of the things about me are the way they are. Certain things I was confused about before have now fallen into place and make sense. I received tremendous emotional and spiritual healing simply through the knowledge gained. I do know that experiences vary from person to person and for some, it is more powerful and makes a greater impact on them than others - that is simply the nature of a QHHT session. For me, however, I found it to be quite amazing. Tricia provided a recording of the session, which I have listened to several times. I pick up something new each time I listen. I attribute the successful experience to Tricia's skill and ability to ask such great leading questions and drill down for deeper information. Her technique was true to the way Dolores discusses in her books.
I truly believe that some doors have opened for me by taking my journey of awakening to the next level as a result of this session. I would not hesitate to return for my next session with Tricia when I feel ready for another, nor would I hesitate to send my friends or family to her. In fact, I sent my husband for a QHHT session with Tricia! I am very grateful for the chance to work with Tricia.

Although I am not new to hypnosis. And have been practicing direct suggestion hypnosis for over a decade myself. Tricia her knowledge ,patience ,dedication and purity of heart felt INTENTION to help, topped with her skills revealed and healed couple of things that had rented room in my mind for many years .I have had quite a few PLR with professional practitioners at the ARE (Association For Research And Enlightenment) ,Richard Sutphen, even with another certified QHHT practitioner. Tricia was simply THE BEST. Until my session with her I used to believe that it was all ‘confabulation’.
But, no more such old disbelief because of the healing and the revelation that came through. NOW, I have a clear knowingness of my life purpose in this reincarnation.

A few days ago I had the pleasure of working with Tricia. This was my 2nd QHHT Session so I knew a little about what to expect going in. Tricia was warm and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable being vulnerable and sharing my childhood traumas with her. Throughout the session we visited past lives and then connected with the SC (higher self). She is quite gifted in her intuitive abilities and was able to guide me to obtain the answers I was seeking. I am grateful for the opportunity she has given me to delve deeper into my traumas and after only 2 days I feel myself releasing and healing. After spending awhile getting to know Tricia and talking about myself as a child first, going into hypnosis was especially easy. And totally different then when I had done regular hypnotherapy before. It wasn't as deep a feeling. I felt very awake and conscious.
I wasn't sure I was under at all. I could either close my eyes or leave them open and see what was around me. But also envision the answers to the questions I was asked.
And the answers were definitely nothing I ever could have dreamed up.
The things I was invisioning and the emotions flowing out of me were totally unexpected.
I could answer questions as my higher self or as myself. I just had to make sure my conscious self wouldn't take over, and let my higher self do the talking.
We also did a healing session for myself. We tried to fix a few things. But the most noticeable one was my arthritis. When we asked for healing, I felt energy swoop down into my body and up through my hands. The power was especially great in my left hand. I guess because that had the most pain. And I really need that hand as a massage therapist.
From that day on, all my arthritis pain has gone. I keep testing it out on my clients, but its still pain free.
